REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Shop With Chani. We value your satisfaction and work to provide you with the best online shopping experience for imported personal care products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• The product must be unopened and unused
• The item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact
• All original labels, tags, and documentation must be included
• The product must be in the same condition as received
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of personal care products and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on:
• Opened or used personal care products
• Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
• Items without original packaging
• Products that show signs of use or alteration
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase. Import duties, customs fees, or delivery charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your unopened item for a different product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Standard return conditions apply to all exchanges.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, depending on your preference and product availability.
Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
RETURN SHIPPING
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged during transit), we will reimburse your return shipping costs upon approval of your claim.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Ship the item back to us at the address provided 5. Include your order number and contact information in the package
PROCESSING TIME
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 30 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time.
INTERNATIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
As we import personal care products for South Asian customers, please be aware that:
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes on returned items
• Return shipping times may vary based on location
• We cannot refund original customs duties or import fees paid
